Bruce Grimley is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. He is also an accredited coach and assessor with the Association for Coaching, as well as an accredited trainer of NLP with the ANLP. Bruce started his own Consultancy, Achieving-Lives Ltd, in 1995, which focused on assisting individuals achieve their outcomes. He obtained his first degree in psychology, and went on to see how psychology could be applied effectively in organizations by taking his masters degree at the University of East London where he worked for a short time as an associate lecturer. Bruce has chapters on NLP coaching in the well aclaimed Handbook of Coaching Psychology,and hot of the press the brand new The Sage Handbook of Coaching. At present he is Co-Authoring a book on the psychology of NLP Coaching and researching NLP coaching for his PhD at Surrey University.
