Dave Woolley is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP and is registered with the ANLP International. Having worked for many years within the NHS and then in the highly competitive environment of the pharmaceutical industry, Dave is ideally placed to offer coaching and training for both corporate and individual clients. Dave is a full member of the Association of Coaching and also runs a busy coaching and Clinical Hypnotherapy practice in Birmingham City centre. Dave offers NLP training and a range of coaching and self-development programmes under the name Skills24
Michael Byrne coaches successful individuals to make long term positive changes in leadership behaviour for themselves, their organisations and their teams. Delivering quality feedback to improve individual performance forms the foundation from which Michael facilitates organisations to improve their performance. In January 2005 Michael launched The Coaching Foundation Ireland, a group dedicated to supporting coaches on a non profit basis. He writes a regular column in The Irish Examiner on coaching and leadership and is passionate about customer experience.

Alex Volcansek is an assessment and development specialist. She has 8 years experience working in partnership with middle and senior managers across a variety of sectors (finance and banking, IT, utility, manufacturing, energy services, charity and public sectors). She has worked with clients such as Compaq, Scottish Power, Swagelok, Royal British Legion Industries, the NHS and the NSPCC. Alex enables organisations to utilise a range of best practice methods to select and retain superior talent. As an Occupational Psychologist, Alex enables organisations to empower their people to achieve their potential. She works alongside managers to implement many differing types of projects, such as bespoke development centres, action learning, professional coaching, emotional intelligence, and 360 feedback. Alex consistently offers a bespoke and client centred approach.
